If you don't have broadband

Dear UKBA:
You've all often chastised us over here, about what we do and don't
do. Well, I have broadband internet. Today, it's the standard. And
we're not as fast as metropolitan centers...but it's still better than
the old dial-up. It's taken some doing, but is worth the effort.
