august employer cd rom

I have a problem with the new employer cdrom from HMRC. Installation
looked ok but it is claiming the employer database is empty. I have
discovered that the August CD has installed in a new directory c:
\hmrc. The old directory is still present under c:\program files\hmrc\

Fedex/UPS/DHL, then they normally send me a bill sometime later for
the customs/duty charges. I read in the 'Imports' booklet from HMRC

reserve was the excess of the fair value of an investment over the
nominal value of the shares acquired.
When the shares are subsequently sold what should happen to the merger
