Small company accounts.
Last year I used an accountant who added his next years fees into the

how do I account for this ?

Paying with wrong credit card - Tax question
Mon, 5 Jan 2009 07:11:03 -0800 (PST)
Hi
I looked at P11Ds and P9Ds and it is a bit confusing (sorry). What if
I am a director in a company and accidentally paid for an expense
directly related to work from my personal credit card instead of the
usual company credit card?
Will I need to fill in a P11D or P9D, etc, etc if I pay myself?
Thanks! ...

year (this would surely give time to get rid of any skeletons if there were
any).
I now work for someone else, I enjoy the job and am well ...

Fri, 2 Jan 2009 05:34:06 -0800 (PST)
My application for VAT for a new formed company seems to take a long
time.
I guess it has something to do with my history or that I don't live in
the UK.
What can i do if I dont get it, or to speed things up?
Putting some nominees in the company at this time should not make much
difference, I think?
