Stuck in traffic jam - how much more fuel?

Knowing how bad the fuel consumption on my Sedona is around town, I
was wondering how being stuck in a traffic jam (at say walking pace)
affects mpg.
Badly I would have thought. Any ideas? How much fuel does a car use
idling and not moving per hour? ...

Is there any way to bring down the asking price on a 'new' BMW mini, buying
in London (u.k.) ?
A local bmw dealer has just said they will *compete* with other bmw dealers
on what they charge for extras, but will not compete on the basic price on
the car? Is this really the case?
