At 22:34 all 20CN lines on ESR10-MILTONKEYNES4 went off line. This persisted for a couple of minutes.
We are chasing BT for an explanation.

BE are working on resolving this problem. It seems to be hardware
related (inside the BE network), and traffic is being routed and hence
causing congestion.

minutes.

There seems to be an issue with high latency on some BE lines from
20:09 this evening, This has been raised and we will post a further
update as soon as we get something back.

at 19:00

21CN-BRAS-RED1-BS failed.
Looks like most lines on that BRAS, and looks like the now common issue
where a card on a BRAS starts flapping madly. BT have a script to pick
this up and reset the card but that could be an hour away.

As you have seen there are some pretty major issues with BT at present.
21CN is all over the place. The faults handling is a nightmare. There
are technical, commercial, and procedural issues. Its hard work.
