My Sky+ box is 11 months old and last night while watching House it just
switched off. The picture on my TV went black the sound went, then the TV
switched to a terrestrial channel, however since I don't have an aerial I
just got snow and a little C3 in the corner of the tube.

Marriage phone number

I expect to be attempting to "marry" my existing Sky+ card to an Ebayed HD
box tomorrow - does anyone know - will I be greeted with a "Problem - phone
08***" message, or do I need to that number in advance? If so, does anyone
know that number?

Signal strength 15% on HD and 85% ON Sky+

Have just got the new EPG. Signal strength on old EPG was 85% and also 85%
on Sky+ other room (4 wire installation). Now on new EPG signal strength
10-15% unchanged if wires swapped. Sky tech said - is picture OK - yes so
far -"well ignore it!"
What is going on?

ITVHD with new SKY+HD epg

My Pace Sky+HD digibox with the new epg works perfectly for all usual
channels.
I have tried setting up ITVHD from the 'Other Channels' menu as per:

Sky+ HD Stuck on standby

I've done the reset thing at the mains, waited the 2.5 minutes,
removed the card, reset, reset, placed card back in reset.
I've held the forward and back buttons down after a reset, waited 30
seconds then pressed select twice and watched the whirly lights waddle
around with the recording light on.

No HDMI signal on Samsung TV

My father has a relatively new Samsung 46" HD LCD TV (not sure of the
precise model).
Until recently, it's been working absolutely fine. But he now tells me that
after watching TV for a while, the screen goes black, and the TV displays a
