New EPG volume missing - - SKY reply

Hi,
I have noticed that the new epg for my Thomson HD box now has no volume
adjustment in the services sector. It also has been markedly reduced in
volume and now requires that I turn up my amplifier an extra six or seven
clicks to get anywhere near its original. I've noticed a few posts elsewhere

Pixilated pictures on Sky+HD

I've had extreme pixelation of Coast on HD. It seemed to vary with the
picture; some scenes were completely unwatchable while others were fine.
I find it hard to believe it would be broadcast like that so what

Copy protection on Sky+ not on Sky+HD

I normally record Midsomer Murders onto the HD box and then copy it to
my DVD/HDD but because of clashes with other programmes my partner
recorded it on the Sky+ box this week. When copying it to the HDD it
failed due to Copy Protection (even the adverts preceding the

new card, box goes phffffttt

yesterday received new card and i put it in my panasonic tu-dsb30 (v old but
never let me down)
today after coming back from work unit not responding to remote, reboot got
it working (unit not overheating all vent clear of dirt, dust and
obstructions - been down that road many years ago)
