Digital TV turnover, re tune.
Sun, 18 Oct 2009 13:32:47 +0100
This is really a query as it has turned out not to be a problem as such.
My area went totally digital recently. We were told to retune the sets and
then on 30th Sept to re tune again.
I retuned as required both times.
I have two TV sets, run off different aerials. One in the bedroom ( aerial
in roof) and ...

Humax 9200T and the constantly shifting BBC1 & 2 schedule last night
Sun, 18 Oct 2009 10:14:04 +0100
Last night I was keeping an eye on Now & Next and the EPG on my Humax
9200T, due to wanting to see three programmes and therefore needing to
record two.
The BBC did not seem to be keeping up with it's own time/schedule
changes on BBC1 & BBC2.
The consequence was that the Humax, for the first time ever, cra ...

Total Moronic BBC Scheduling
Sat, 17 Oct 2009 19:30:40 +0100

session on BBC1 instead of Merlin and now it's overrunning into Strictly
Come Dancing by 15 minutes and it looks like its going to be another fucking
hour before the qualifying session is even going to start because of a rain
delay.

wasn't just the standard of their work - not sure exactly what though) and
the residents were all reporting strange "pulsing" inteference on various TV
screens ...

Upgrade to Sky+
16 Oct 2009 14:59:07 GMT
Hi.
My sister currently has Sky TV - she seems to have pretty much every
channel except the sports. This includes the premium movies package.
She's keen to get Sky+. Given her current package includes the premium
movies, it shouldn't cost her any extra per month. Also, the person who
lived in her house ...
