Astratec stb problem

Everything seemed fine after the digital retune with our TVs and STBs but
I've just realised that our Astratec box can't display STVSCO. (We live in
Ayr, SW Scotland).
It appears in the program list (correctly as channel 3), the program guide
works but when I switch to channel 3, all I get is a black screen. ...
