Thieves Strike At Gunthorpe (P'boro')

Heart (Peterborough), Kiss (East Anglia), Lite FM, Gold 1332 and BBC
Asian Network were off air last Tuesday morning (7th July 2009) after
thieves stole the programme feed cabling from a Gunthorpe transmission
site.
It appears the incident happen around 11:30pm the night before.

Television Centre now Grade II listed

Acording to The Guardian this morning, TC (main block) has just been
awarded Grade II listed status on the advice of English Heritage says
the Culture Minister - Barbara Follett.
The listing could affect BBC hopes to raise funds by selling the site.
Too late to stop Salford though!

MSF extended maintenance

The MSF service has a maintenance period coming up from 2009-07-28 08:00
BST to 2009-07-29 18:00 BST. Normal maintenance periods are in the
region of 4 hours. Any idea what is being done?

Ghosting on BBC One analogue from Oxford

I'm seeing some strange ghosting on BBC One analogue at the moment,
receiving off Oxford. At first I thought I'd made a pils of making up
new flyleads for my little bedroom set, but the same thing shows up at
my parents' house a few miles away too. Haven't seen this before
today, and it's only affecting BBC One; ...
