Burning Calories by Swimming
Wed, 11 Jul 2007 16:38:35 +0100
Need to lose some "belly fat". Don't ask me how I got it since I'm very
tall and thin, but seem to be putting on some weight around the midriff.

pounds I've put on. Is it p ...

the back of my nose and throat were itchy. I spent a restless night
trying to sleep and couldn't a?? my sinuses hurt. Next day by midday I'm

rest of the stu ...

up in an age when 'diet' meant trying to loose weight, but nowadays your
diet is every ...

Don't panic!! I am a lifesaver!
Sat, 2 Dec 2006 15:25:06 -0000
In an uncharacteristic fit of altruism the other day, I offered to help save
the club money by acting as lifeguard. I was smugly sure that my smartly
polished Royal Life Saving Society Bronze Medal would dazzle the Pool
manager in to agreeing. Imagine my humiliation when she turned it over and
