I'm sure there is an easy answer to this one, but I'm not sure where to

This happened on Sunday in a (friendly) 4BBB match - as it was friendly it
didn't really matter and the outcome wasn't affected anyway, but I'd like to
know the correct action should it ever happen again in a more serious game.

Are wide trolley wheels trolleys still compulsory?

I was thinking of buying myself a three-wheel trolley after seeing some on
television used by professionals on the Europro (I think) tour, but noticed
they seemed to have narrower wheels then other types.
I don't remember seeing a notice 'wide wheeled trolleys only' for some years
now.

Bunker penalty

Hi All
I played the ball into a bunker, and it came to rest so it was impossible to
hit, just under a jutting lip (the bunker's, not mine).
I dropped in the bunker for a one shot penalty and played out. Could I have
dropped out of the bunker for the same penalty?
