To all the Mackems who sang their heart out at the Celtic game, and to those
who have
left tributes, and shirts etc at St James - thanks. All the banter and
bullshit that goes on in this group and elsewhere was put in to perspective,
and it shows we're all pretty much alike really - passionate about our teams

When he turned up last Sunday for the Germany game I reckon Sir Bob knew he
hadn't much time left so made the effort to make it to the ground when it
was very doubtful if he would actually be there. Looking at the videos of
the game you could see the emotion on his face and the way he was holding
back the tear ...
