some idiot whore on RAWK says we qualified for the Champions League just
twice under the Frog. I am certain this is not so, given that we finished
4th in 2000, 3rd in 2001, 2nd in 2002 and 4th in 2004, but I can't
remember when the rule came in to allow the top four into the CL.
Here's the silly cow's quote: ...

This is how Rafa used to look
5 Nov 2009 14:06:02 GMT

And this is how he looks now:
http://tinyurl.com/yde2uow
The man is clearly not healthy and he should step down for the sake of
his health and family
I just want to be constructive in my criticism. I remember a lot of
Liverpool fans offering the same advice to Gerard Houllier ...

Unlucky?
Thu, 5 Nov 2009 14:03:13 -0000
Those unstructured, 'loose ball bouncing around in the area' type goals
are a bit unlucky when the opponents get the best of the breaks and
score. But Liverpool have pulled off a few very late results with similar
in the past ,as have all sides.
They should have won the game if decent chances mean anything.

Nobody wants to watch Rafa's Liverpool
5 Nov 2009 13:59:24 GMT
And who can blame them?
Make no mistake - Liverpool are a thoroughly ordinary side with just a
handful of decent players and one world class striker. Atrocious passing,
laughable defending, shots on goal straight at the keeper or (laughably)
45 yards wide, Dutch clogs Kuyt doing more circuits than the Large ...

Where was the urgency?
5 Nov 2009 13:34:53 GMT
In their eagerness to defend the El Salvador Benitez many if not most
Liverpool fans seem to have overlooked the fact we needed to win last
night.
Not draw. Win.
What that means in practice is that if you are going to play with two
defensive midfielders (understandable away from home) then around about
6 ...

More proof that Rafa is no genius
5 Nov 2009 13:25:19 GMT
He's not even clever. In fact, I would go so far as to say he is a bit on
the dim side.
When Gerrard's out, you play Benayoun behind Torres, not out on the wing.
No matter how bad he is, Babel should be out on the wing and Benayoun
behind Torres, with Voronin on the bench, or paddling a wooden raft back
to ...

I'm stunned
5 Nov 2009 12:35:40 GMT
I'm seriously stunned that so many fans on RAWK think we played well last
night.
WTF?????????
Do these people understand the game of football?
Do they understand it's what happens in the final third that matters?
I saw a game in which Lyon were *completely* untroubled by Liverpool.
Fair enough, Torres ...

If Rafa goes
Thu, 05 Nov 2009 12:31:02 +0000
And I hope he does not, all teams go through bad spells, we must just
work our way through it, a team that gets 86 points one season does not
suddenly become a bad side. Our bad spell is usually Dec-Jan this year
it has come early, a good run can still see the EPL come to Anfield,
Chelsea look the only club th ...

Babel's free kick
5 Nov 2009 11:58:40 GMT
LMFAO!!
11 million for that?
Priceless Rafa absolutely priceless!! It makes me wonder whether the goal
he scored was meant to be a long ball out to Kuyt on the wing instead LOL!
