chaos'.
Presumably to hold one in May 2010 would also cause chaos, so has he a way
of not holding an election then?

three wards that constitute part of the Wythenshawe and Sale East (bit of a
mouthful) parliamentary constituency?
I wouldn't normally trouble anyone, but the Trafford Council website seems
