Yobs sprayed vile slogans beside a plaque marking the spot where he was

Hey - just come across this new book by some academic in the uk who says that dealers arnt as bad as they are made out!! Seriously tho it says that a lot (most) dealers are user/dealers, friend dealers etc and thatn there are lots of middle class dealers etc and that these don't fit with what people normally think. ...
