Sleeping more helps with the voices. I think mental tiredness makes voices
worse.
My voices are going away now 1.5 years after my hospital admission. During
that time I have been sleeping a lot

Hi all,
Well came off the meds after four years four weeks ago. Guess what? I still
have depression. Thought it may have gone after such along time. Went into a
deep depression and has become virtually impossible to get back on the

My voices are firm in the conviction that they're more intelligent than
everyone else. So when I think something that undermines this, they go
mental and start screaming at me. It's quite alaming, and sometimes they get
really upset and literally scream. They can do this for hours. I get this a
