DLA renewal

Received my DLA renewal form today. Feeling really anxious about it. I
had two unsuccessful attempts before being successful with some help
filling in the form back in 2005.
Have got copy of previous form i filled in but they have changed the
format of the claim form since then which has thrown me somewhat.

No sleep

Tried for an early night. No such luck. 1.45 and i feel wide awake.
Trouble is by the time i do manage to get off to sleep i end up waking
up around mid day.
Then it's a struggle to motivate myself to get dressed and do stuff .
I think my circadian rhythms are f***ed
