But just to let everyone know that things are going good. Just about
completely off the codeine, the worst of the withdrawals are past.
I've met a really nice lady and have been in general quite happy.

Hiya everyone
Has anyone heard from Fergus since yesterday afternoon? I met up with
him in the afternoon but haven't heard from him since and I'm starting
to get paranoid that he's been in an accident or something! I realise
he's prolly busy with work but that doesn't stop the paranoia
unfortunately!!

... and the defrag is still running! I set it running at 8pm last
night and it's now 8.37pm and it's still going!!!! I can just hear
Steve saying "delete your email and start again" as I've got literally
tens of thousands of messages but that ain't going to happen... my
memory is stored in a lot of those emails ...

I am getting anxious/paranoid about someone i don't know coming into my
flat and wondering whether maybe i have exaggerated how much the place
needs cleaning. I think my anxiety/paranoia is making me want to find
excuses to say i don't want someone in to clean after all.
