It's hard whether it be pro medical or pro therapy school of thought to
know where the truth begins and where vested interests and agendas end.
Sometimes i wonder whether psychologists and psychiatrists prefer to
egotistically engage in intellectual squabbles over actually helping
their clients. :)

Bedtime thoughts

This is going to sound stupid but here goes. When i go to bed i keep
having thoughts that i'm going to die ie have a brain
haemorrhage/stroke/heart attack etc.
This doesn't happen during the day only at bedtime.

Psychotherapy and Personality disorder

Psychotherapy is often stated to be the preferred treatment for
personality disorders.
I am currently dxed as having Personality disorder NOS.
I have been told i am not suitable for psychotherapy.
Putting two and two together that basically means i'm f***ed as i 'm not
suitable for the supposedly preferred kind ...

"Break a leg", he only went and did it! Hes in Queens Medical Centre
