Weight Gain, a problem.

I've been taking this Mirtazapine for some months now. I just weighed
myself 14.4 Stone. Now I was 12 some 8 weeks ago. So I know it's this
med. I can't be doing with putting weight on like that. What should I
do. It's really helping my mental health, however I don't want to be
