here all alone with no help; no friends or family; no social services
and under threat of eviction.
Also all benefits suspended and I cannot do the forms.

Just a general point.
Does anyone have any experience of OT specialists in CFS?
From what I have been told the framework they try to install in CFS
sufferers amounts to common sense approaches to life style management.
I think this is just something one could get from thinking through an

Hi
Does anyone know the usefulness of Enada supplement?
Its suppose to give people with ME/CFS a bit of kick outof bed in the
morning so they can function better.
From what I have heard it has some positive outcomes, but of course a bit
costly on a regular basis.
Also how much should one take 5mg, 10mg or 15 ...
