Is tired tonight after extra physio today, but able to lift both arms and
move legs.
Next week he is having the tummy plug fitted so that should make things a
bit easier for him.
Three friends went in to see him yesterday, Sandy, her sister Debbie and

Not only did he put the meal in front of me he also showed me the piccy he'd
taken of it on his phone!
I've a feeling he wants our daughter to be able to boast about his

That chuffing minor scald

24 hours and it's started seeping. No pain or throbbing, so I've applied

I was talking to my colleague here about ovens, and I cannot for the life of
me think of the name of the ovens (oven range) that a lot of country houses
