Buying records on-line

What a good place to buy jazz records on line? Amazon's web site is
awful. Blackwell's is good for classical records but doesn't sell jazz.

Here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7971691.stm we read: 'It is said
homes with meters use on average 10% to 15% less water than those
without.' If this is true, how does anyone know?
