Sky box repair - best phone number to use?

Recording on Sky+ box

Can anyone tell me whether the Sky+ box can cope with recording programmes
when the times have been changed?
Virgin only seems to update its programme guide once a day so when timings
are changed because eg the golf overruns, then we lose the last minutes of
any programme set to record.

Just notice that ESPN (ex NASN) from the old Setanta sports (Ch 417) is
now apparently part of the Sky news and Events package. Is this now a
permanent fixture and if so what happens to the Premiere League
football?
