Misleading sky offers for HD

Hi all,
I have just emailed sky CS about the misleading offers re sky HD.
OK, the box is ¡ê75 now but they offer a ¡ê15 discount for ordering online -
which does not work when you try to buy one!
I tried to order via telephone and was told I could not have the online
discount - even though sky cannot manage thei ...

why is sky customer services so bad, its embarrasing

I have been trying to call sky on and off for past 5 days, Impossible to get
through even at off peak hours. When I did get through I got cut off. I
tried emailing them, I got a reply 2 weeks after my initial email.
Why are they so crap? Do they care about their customers?

Convert from Sky+

I want to convert programs from my Sky+ box which have been burnt to
DVD. I want to convert them to something like .avi so that I can play
them on my mp4 video player (Onda VX777). The player converts most video
formats when the file is loaded, (I'm told, I haven't got it yet!)

Classical music channel?

Some months ago I occasionally watched a channel on Sky+ which
consisted of a succession of classical music 'videos'. No commercials
as far as I recall. Last night I thought I'd try it again briefly but
I'm darned if I could find it. Anyone know what channel this might
have been please? And is it still being broad ...
