Freeview HD Rollout

Here's the BBC's planned rollout for Freeview HD...
Manchester and Liverpool will be the first cities to get Freeview HD,
said Graham Plumb, Head of Distribution Technology at BBC Operations.
This will happen on 2 December, when the free HD signal will be
switched on at the Winter Hill transmitter.

Mythbusters - stupid suspension bridge

It's hard to have confidence in the two Mythbusters men when they
build such a stupid suspension bridge, with cables not anchored to
the ground at each end. No wonder it sagged instead of bouncing.
