We have not been receiving our 'free' advertising newspapers over the last
few weeks. Not sure why. It now appears that the 'credit crunch' has had an
effect and one of our local newspapers has died the death.

Orton To Hampton Bridge

I have noticed that work has ceased on the new bridge connecting Orton and
Hampton.
I have heard that the work has stopped because Hampton residents have said
that they do not want the bridge etc etc.
