This bonus row seems to be a bit cock-eyed. The argument goes that if
bonuses are not awarded then all the top guys in the bank will move to
better paying jobs and will not be able to help the bank's recovery.
What sort of logic is that? It was these "top guys" who messed up in the

I would understand it, if the guy was a British citizen but he is only a
