So "they" want to put a minimum charge on alcohol of 40 pence per unit.
That will take a bottle of cider from about ¡ê3 to something like ¡ê6. This is
being proposed to prevent health problems and drunkenness. Perhaps it will
encourage more crime, burglary and muggings as alcohol becomes more

Is there a good soul who runs the graphic programme Prit Artist 8 and
who would be so very kind as to supply me with a copy of Disk no.1 (of the
10 disk series)?
