M27 toll plans (stealth tax to help with MP expenses!)

About 2 years ago I posted on local usenet groups of government plans
to introduce tolling on the M27, after I was told of this by a
contractor who was involved with the comms upgrades required to make
the scheme workable.

2. How many tunnels does the line pass through en-route from Wootton station
to Smallbrook Junction?
I never knew there were any tunnels on this stretch. Red Funnel give the
answer as 4.
Is that correct.?
