I heard there was a plan to make the ring road (Beechen Grove, etc) into
a two way street and get rid of the fly-over near T J Hughes. Is there
a web-based account of this anywhere? And if the fly-over doesn't fly
how will the pedestrians on the High Street cross it? Presumably the
attitude towards pedestrian ...
