Well, the simple solution is to convert to ISLAM ! Islam bans alchohol altogether. Now that the Scots have the opportunity to convert to ISLAM, (as immigration from Islamic Countries is unrestricted, to Scotland), eg. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Somalia, ...etc, etc !
