I have a small but recurring problem for which I am sure some one in
this news group will have the answer. I am a vegetarian and consequently

EEk, the windows xp thingy is screaming about there being spyware on my disk
It says get a spyware remover
I use Avast freebie thing and Frontgate to weed out spam, I thought I was
covered. I went to the Avast site to see if I need an upgrade and I can't
make head nor tail of anything they have to say
