whats this structure?

Been on my usual fishing ventures and went to port carlisle, the
glasson point end, went along the shore and around the bend by glasson
and found a structure that I can only think is some sort of extension
to the old railway line i went down before, but if it is its at right
angles. take a look and let me know if ...
