WTD: PS2 Repair (Lens/laser issue)

I am looking for someone to repair my PS2. I have a V4 unit fitted
with a Messiah 2 chip that has basically stopped loading games (it
takes several attempts as most of the time it says 'Insert a PS2
format disc'). Looks like a laser/lens issue to me. I am based in
