I am part of a UK based gaming community, we have 3 dedicated Linux servers
(Xeons/Opteron powered) which we own and operate for the benefit of our
community, we are in a position to offer some competitively priced server

Rate commands

When I open my config file in the CS source folder and input the following
commands:
cl_cmdrate "30"
cl_updaterate "40"
rate_10000
It makes no difference because my rates are not changed. Does anyone know
what's going on?
