msimport problem

I've been reading about how you can use msimport to copy files to your
pda. When I try msimport, it connects OK, and the device shows up as
"Mobile Device" in file explorer. But it has no directories or files -
which my card has. I can't copy or drag and drop docs into it, either.
Any ideas, anyone, please? I'm on ...

Simple question - does anyone know if ViaMichelin 3.1 will run on a T3.
Experimenting will be a pain because of having to wipe traces of the old
version I already have installed. Also, if you know anything about it at
all, does it allow full postcode search?
