Should I get a printed manual ?

Hi,
Just got a Palm TX but there is no printed manual only a PDF with 176 pages.
Should there be a paper manual??
Also, is there a way of getting MP3 files directly in the memory without
having to use the Rhapsody software?

LifeDrive Frustrations

Hi, I bought one of these a few days ago & I'm getting very frustrated

1) It is refusing to connect to my Home WiFi - I just get a connection

Please help me, I'm at my wits end here.
I bought my Lifedrive in July 05.
It has since staarted to make very loud blipping sounds when playing media
with or without headpones, and also occasionally when it's on other

Lifedrive keyboard

I've just got a Palm Lifedrive for Christmas as an upgrade from my old
Palm IIIx..... I'm wanting to use it to replace my laptop in meetings
for taking notes and want a good keyboard to use. Two friends have Palm
based keyboards using the the 2 connection options:

Palm Contacts Database Text Encoding

How is data within the Palm contacts database encoded? I have just updated an
address that includes a Unicode character (an accented Latin character)
, only to find the address shows up as <String is unprintable> on my T5.
Is there anyway round this or is a limitation of the ancient Palm OS?

T3 won't go full screen

Since I did a hard reset on my Tungsten T3, some apps which previously ran
full screen (eg TomTom Navigator) only run at the small screen size.
Has anyone come across this before, and any ideas how I might fix it?

Since last night my Tungsten T3 keeps turning on automatically after a
couple seconds when I turn it off. And sometimes it switches to 'system
