Wireless media streamers

Downstairs I've got my XBox360 streaming media from my Mac, which is running
the rather excellent Cynical Peak's Rivet software.
I'd like to hook up something to the TV upstairs but really don't want to
buy another XBox. Is anyone doing this, and if so what hardware/software are
you using?

24" monitors

I'm after a monitor and like most things about the Dell U2410
Does anyone know if there's a monitor using the same panel with a
variety of connectors but with LED illumination? The Apple 24" is no
good due to its sole DisplayPort, and to a lesser extent the glossy
screen.

Second hard disc inaccessible - read only?

I got a PowerMac G5 off ebay a while ago and it all works OK except
that I have no idea how to access hard disc 2. when I try and copy
files it says disc cannot be modified. I think the disc's empty. How
do I proceed with getting this disc drive working?

I chucked a 1TB drive full of stuff like Aperture vaults and other
giant hand crafted backups into my external drive array for the first
time ever and TIme Machine without so much as a by your leave deleted 2
months of history to make room for stuff I never wanted to be backed up

SL and Vodafone dongle

Just upgraded the airbook to SL - and now the vodafone dingle crashes it
when I plug it in. Everything else seem fine.
