Hi all,
I'm aware that Apple appear to monitor their discussion forums
to find out what people are having problems with, but if you discover
something that appears to be 'wrong' (and, for instance, it's not been
'fixed' in 10.6.2!), is there a way of getting it lodged with Apple?

I have a couple of IMAP accounts set up, and I connect to them using mail.app
There's no problem receiving mail, but I'd like to send it using my regular
smtp Virgin account, and not send it via the IMAP server (otherwise the Sent
mailbox on the server gets clogged up too quickly).

10.6.2 - sound now broken

I'm no longer getting any sound since installing 10.6.2. Well, no sound
except the startup chime that is.
A quick suggests finds that 10.6.2 installations mess up your sound
preferences:
