I have been at it again, sold my 9800GT which would not get on with my HTPC
because of the small PSU (solves that problem) and my iPod Shuffle 1GB
recouped ¡ê 82 for the pair of them (after fees/del costs) on eBay.
So I bought a Samsung ML1910 Mono Laser Printer and an iPod Classic 6th gen
2nd rev 160gb costin ...

If anyone could burn me a copy of Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 (SP2
or newer), I'd be most grateful.
An HP version would be a bonus.

My XP Pro system won't boot after I installed some applications.
It won't boot to safe mode either. (After the Windows boot screen
I get shown a "DOS" list of DLLs in System32 and my system hangs at
this point.)
I heard of various methods to recover XP Pro but I don't want to
lose data or applications.

I need to make an ancient Dell laptop work wirelessly with my network.
It has no wireless card (?), so I'm using a cable ATM. I need to move it

laptop battery problems ??

A friend has a laptop (E-systems 4213 ) and has gone through 2 power adaptor
bricks in 3 weeks.
I had a look and thought it might be the battery so took it out, attached a
similar ac adapter and the laptop runs fine. On battery only it boots to the

Partition manager for dynamic drives?

Is there any software available, commercial or otherwise, that will support
the management of partitions across dynamic disks? Had a look at Acronis and
it doesn't seem to mention dynamic disks in the blurb.
