Should I use existing XP parition for Win 7

Hi
My copy of Win 7 home premium should be delivered today. I have 2 x 320gb
drives. The first one has a 30gb partition for windows (currently xp), with
about 16gb free. The other partition are for games, movies etc. Would it
be better create another partition say 50gb to install Win7 on, or is 30gb
ok? ...

Came today from Amazon I paid ¡ê 39.10, I have installed the 64bit
version and everything is running sweet, the only issue I had was the
default drivers did not work properly with my onboard sound, had to
install the ones from the motherboard driver disc.

I'm looking for a new case that can take 1 maybe 2 x 5.25 drives and at
least half a dozen 3.5 drives (these must be well cooled, and have some form
of anti vibration system) but also on the list of wants are a case that is
as quiet as possible (maybe with some form of soundproofing), also some form
of external US ...

I need some case recommendations. I'm looking for something like an
Antec Sonata.
It's a bit too expensive (I pay UK prices) although getting a power
saves buying another one.
I want to have several hard drives, quiet fans, decent build
quality, and easy to access to change things.

ot: video downloaders - only work sometimes

I've tried a several free downloaders (as addons to Firefox browser)
for eg utube and while the downloads complete without error, very
often, the videos don't play video - only audio! Is this a common
"problem". Perhaps utube have put something in place to ensure
downloaded files won't play correctly?
