Its a Sparkle NVIDIA 9800GT 512MB for ¡ê 74.98 ex VAT inc Del, its to
replace Intel 4500 onboard graphics to enhance Blu-Ray playback and for
some light gaming.
Is this 9800GT the fastest low profile graphics with HDMI currently

Ram issues

I put a couple of gig of DDR in my owd Intel, it doesn't work 845 chipset.
It is the same type of memory in that it is PC400 but is there likely to be
an issue with the number of chips etc?
I would buy some from Crucial but it's about ¡ê60 which is too much as an
upgrade for this old box.

DAT72 multimedia storage

A while ago we replaced a SCSI DAT72 drive (Dell CD72LWH) in our server for
a new 200Gb Quantum 2 drive. At present the old drive is sitting in my
draw. In addition there are loads of associated DDS2, DDS3, DDS4 and DAT72

SD card freeware to undelete?

I managed to zap some holiday pics from an SD card and am trying to
find either some pd/freeware or modest priced sharware to recover
them. All the advertised freewares I have found so far have all really
been anything but. Cheapest yet is $27 (which is apparently "free").

Mobile broadband inside?

I have a Huawei E156G mobile broadband modem dongle connected to my laptop,
but inside I have difficulty connecting to the network unless the window is
open and the modem is hanging out of the window to get a good signal - must
be something to do with the building construction.
